The stage is set for Big Bear's favorite springtime celebration, Maifest. Pronounced "My-Fest", this German shindig - known as Oktoberfest's little sister - has gained popularity with its joyous and jubilant Oktoberfest-esque atmosphere but with a fresh, springtime vibe.

Big Bear Lake Maifest commences Saturday, May 16th, 2026! May 23rd marks America's Heroes Weekend, a special tribute to U.S. Military, law enforcement, and firefighters with free general admission. The festivities continue over Memorial Day Weekend - May 23rd - 24th!

With limited parking capacity, Maifest encourages guests to hop on the Free Trolley, carpool, or use a ride service to and from the event.
