Big Bear has a thing for chocolate! It is one of the most popular foods in the world, and the widely sought-after confection is celebrated in Big Bear for its lusciousness and delightful taste. A Big Bear Bed & Breakfast Experience, a collection of four local B&B's in Big Bear Valley, hosts the annual Big Bear Loves Chocolate event on December 7 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Chocolate has been associated with the holidays for decades, and it seamlessly goes hand in hand with the season. It brings a sense of cheer and warmth to those who indulge in what the Mayans once referred to as "the food of the gods."
