Big Bear offers the best skiing and snowboarding experiences in Southern California at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski resorts. These local mountains offer over 400 acres of terrain ranging from beginner to expert. Skiers and riders can enjoy 17 lifts to access over 55 runs dedicated to both groomed areas and terrain parks. Snow Summit

Snow Summit features the most beginner terrain both in the base area and on top-to-bottom runs. Intermediate skiers and riders can access more challenging terrain higher on the mountain and experts will love 'The Bowl' with black diamond runs like Olympic and The Wall.

Park runs offer beginner and expert terrain features. Beginner and younger park goers can explore skill builder boxes and jumps while the experts can hit the rails and big kickers.

Bear Mountain

Bear Mountain sits about a mile away from its sister resort and caters more to terrain park goers, but also features beginner and expert groomed runs.

Park goers who are just starting out can explore skill builder features while experts can drop into the superpipe and show their skills on the big kickers. Skiers and riders looking to stick to the groomers can make endless turns down Exhibition and Geronimo - the longest runs on the mountain.

Night Sessions at Snow Summit

Short on time but craving mountain laps? Book a lift ticket for Night Sessions at Snow Summit on select dates and carve under the stars on iconic beginner to intermediate trails. Not too many resorts offer lit-up evening runs, so take advantage of this affordable, one-of-a-kind alpine experience and make some unforgettable alpine memories.

Coca-Cola Ride & Dine Bundle

On select Fridays this 25/26 winter season, enjoy evening skiing and snowboarding at Snow Summit paired with a delicious bite to eat with beverage on the Slopeside deck. This package includes a Night Session lift ticket, meal voucher for select items, and a 16-ounce Coca-Cola fountain drink making it the perfect bundle for a good time outside.

Snow Summit is illuminated at night for night skiing sessions during the winter season. Snow covers the buildings and trees.
