Join us as former CIF Coach, D1/D2 Wrestling Competitor & NCAA Competitor Sam Holandez comes to Big Bear to teach a Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu Workshop!
Sam is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt who also has an extensive wrestling career.
He will be teaching us proper wrestling techniques that can used for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
This workshop is suitable for ages 8+ and the cost is $25 per participant. Beginners- advanced are welcome.
