A women-only guided hike celebrating strength, stories, and connection in the forest.

This 1.5-hour experience invites women to step into nature together, to walk, listen, reflect, and connect. Set at a relaxed and welcoming pace, the hike blends fresh mountain air with meaningful storytelling, creating space for conversation, inspiration, and quiet moments among the trees.

What makes this hike special?

Along the trail, your guide will share stories of local women heroes, past and present, whose courage, creativity, and resilience helped shape the Big Bear community.

These stories are woven naturally into the hike, offering moments of inspiration without interrupting the peaceful rhythm of the walk.

This is not a lecture or performance. It’s storytelling the way it’s always been done: shared outdoors, one step at a time.

Who is this hike for?

This hike is for all women, including women of color, trans women, queer women, neurodivergent women, trauma survivors, and women at every stage of life.

Open to all backgrounds and experience levels. Come solo, with friends, or as a personal tradition.

You’ll be welcomed and celebrated exactly as you are as we gather to celebrate women together in nature.

The Woodland Trail is a favorite for its gentle terrain, towering trees, and calm, immersive forest setting.
