Bear Valley Meals on Wheels, Inc provides in-home nourishment to people unable to venture out on their own. Operating Monday through Friday, including holidays, all positions are held by volunteers and any donations go directly to providing meals to our recipients; approx. 30-40.

Time spent is usually less than 2 hours per week but you can decide how often you'd like to contribute your time.
