We are proud to share a major milestone in the Care for Big bear journey!

Care for Big Bear has officially been recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!
This designation marks an important step forward for our mission, our community, and everyone who has supported us along the way. It affirms what we have always believed—that caring for Big Bear is not just a passion project, but a lasting commitment to service, stewardship, and impact across the Big Bear Valley.
Our mission is to unify the Big Bear Valley under a sustainability-first model across the business, residential and visitor communities. We are committed to fostering sustainable tourism through visitor education, partnerships that serve local needs, and community-wide initiatives that promote stewardship and pride in our natural environment.
