Visitor Center

Finding your way to the Official Big Bear Lake Visitors' Center is easy. We're located at 630 Bartlett Road right in the village.

Stocked with an array of information on activities and events in the Big Bear Valley. Find out where to hike, bike, take a guided Eagle Tour or an off-road adventure. The Visitors Center is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates who will answer all of your questions. They will direct you toward information from lodging, real estate and dining to pet-sitting, child-care and where to get that long awaited massage. At the Visitors Center, you'll also find maps for hiking, biking, fishing and picnic and recreational areas. Stop by for directions to our local zoo, the ski resorts or our local marinas.

The Visitors Center is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays - 9am - 5pm. Come in and see what we're all about.
